About the Role

The Role:

This role will include but not be limited to.

1. Sales administrative tasks for a small team of sales representatives, including the processing of listings
and sales/rentals and ensuring the process from listing to settlement is as smooth as possible.
2. Social Media marketing, creating effective campaigns across all social media
Email and telephone correspondence with sellers/renters.
3. Organisation and implementation of social media campaigns on social media.
4. Uploading and updating property advertising on different portals
5. Liaise with suppliers to source and order marketing collateral
6. Adherence to specific systems and procedures across the sales department
7. Assisting with preparation of marketing material including (but not limited to) brochures and signs

Requirements

Skills and experience:

To be considered for this role you would ideally:

  • Possess excellent computer skills including knowledge of Google Workspace (gmail, drive)

  • Worked with Canva & Photoshop

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience with a CRM

  • Have a current driver's license

  • Own a vehicle
