About the role:

1. Build strong relationships internally and externally through outstanding organisation and
communications skills.
2. Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop clear, relevant and complete briefs that are aligned
with client expectations.
5. Use creative and strategic thinking to consistently deliver profitable and successful work.
6. Truly understand client briefs and their deeper business needs, ensuring that work delivers above and
beyond their expectations.
7. Manage the process of delivering projects from end to end. Including accurate estimating, forecasting,
invoicing and financial monitoring, as well as resource planning and allocation, timeline development,
and quality control to deliver work on time and on budget.changes to your content, add new fields,
create dynamic pages and more.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has previous experience of delivering exceptional client service in branding and design agencies.

  • Is a personable and empathic client service professional who is detail focused and systems minded.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Understands and appreciates the role of brand development in business success.

  • Will actively contribute to the agency’s culture and processes with innovative ideas and enthusiasm.
